First Day of Work: Seattle Children's Hospital Fellowship

On Jamie's first day of work he opted for something a little different than his traditional outfit. Moments later he crossed the street for his daily commute.

Northwest Lighthouse Tour

One of the first mini adventures we did when we got back to Washington was a tour of the lighthouses of the Puget Sound. We had wanted to do this last summer, but never found a day that naps and family events worked with the ferry schedules. We chose three lighthouses: Port Townshend, Mukilteo, and Camp Casey. It is evident in the photos that Jamie and I were more excited about the lighthouses than the kids were.

Love Dot in this one.

Kids losing focus...

yeah, they are done by now.

James' universal sign for small.

August of Dot

Had to capture a couple of photos of Dot's summer hat. She has worn it most every day of the summer and it has become her symbol.

A couple shots of a Sunday afternoon at the park.

And of course there are a couple of photos of Dot eating. This is a corn on the cob that she had stripped most of the kernels off of. (She still doesn't have any teeth.)

Saying goodbye to Minneapolis

So...Jamie graduated from the University of Minnesota.

We celebrated the last day of school with an ultimate dodgeball game.

Then Jamie sent me off on a plane with the two kids and a trolley of luggage to Washington. He followed us that evening in the car.

Dot in July

And it continues...

I can't believe she is wearing a headband in most of these photos. Most of the time, she pulls the flowers and bows within minutes of it being put on her head.

A June of Dot

This baby loves food. Git it gurl.

So tired, but not willing to give up the carrot.

Unswaddled success

May of Dot

It is hard to look back on some of these photos. Little baby Dot has changed so much.

Dot hates the camera
